Suites - Our Two lovely oceanfront suites have combined full kitchen with microwave and living area with queen sofa bed. Bedroom has 2 double beds. Baths have combination shower/tub.

Poolside Accommodations
Sec. A - Deluxe, spacious one-room efficiencies. All electric kitchens, electric range with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave. Combination tub/shower. Choose from 1 queen bed (2 units) or 2 queen beds (12 units).

Section B. 2 Double Beds
Rooms - 2 double beds with microwave, refrigerator or king size bed with microwave and refrigerator.
3-Room Apartment - (1 unit) Bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bath, living area with queen sofa bed and full kitchen with microwave.
2-Bedroom Apartment - (2 units) One room with double bed and full kitchen facilities with microwave. Connects to room with 2 double beds. Each room has individual bath and color TV.
One Queen Bed Efficiency (1 unit)
Courtside Accommodations
Sec. C - Rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. One double and one single bed (tile shower/no tub).
Cottages
#150 - Large Cottage Directly On The Oceanfront
1st Floor: 1 Bedroom, 1 double bed, kitchen, living and dining area. Color cable TV, phone, bath with shower on porch.
2nd Floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 Full bath with combination shower/tub. 1/2 bath with toilet and sink. Small screened porch on oceanfront side. No central heat or air. All rooms have ceiling fans. Window AC units in all bedrooms and living area. Charcoal grill. Limit 10 persons (Children and babies count). Rentals run Sunday to Sunday.
#149 - 2 Bedroom Oceanside Cottage
1st Story: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Living area with queen sofa bed. Combined kitchen and dining area sofa bed. Combined kitchen and dining area. Color, cable TV. Phone, 1 bath with combination shower/tub. Central air and heat. Screened porch Limit 6 persons (Children and babies count). Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
Cottages are cleaned prior to arrival. No daily maid service or linens are furnished. Tenants must furnish toilet paper, soap, etc. Guest have access to swimming pools and other motel facilities. Tenants must register all guests with the front desk.
Kitchens are equipped for basic housekeeping with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
